Get Fat?

I’m going to increase my cal intake from 2400 per day to about 3200 to add some extra muscle while lowering carbs and replacing it with fats. I’ve also added 3 20 minute cardio sessions per week. Do you think I will get fat? I’ve already got some excess fat on me (~17%BF)
