Get Buffed

Hi, Today I am starting Ian King’s “Get Buffed”
program and I was wondering how many people out there have tried it and what kind of results you have gotten. My main focus will be fat loss using MD-6,T-2,Methoxy-7,250g Grow 3 scoops Surge and Tribex-500

Any input would be appriciated

If your main focus is fat loss than I have to question that this is the best program for you. I would have to suggest that you look into meltdown training. As far as the the “Get Buffed” program, I think that it is awsome I put on 8-10 pounds during the 12 weeks, using only whey protein and power drive (a little caffine during the last two stages). What I would reccomend is that you checkout Ian King’s video, Killer leg exercises. Without it, I don’t know if I could have ever got his deadlifting form down, and if I had been doing them correctly I only wonder how much more successful the program could have been.

Kent, I actually just finished the Meltdown/T-Dawg using androsol and saw good results in b/w increase to bf% decrease. I was thinking of buying the get buffed tapes for form.
