Get Buffed or Convergent Phase Training?

I am getting ready to start a new training cycle and I am trying to decide between King’s Get Buffed program and Staley’s Convergent Phase Training.
What kind of results have you guys gotten with the Get Buffed routine. I keep hearing everyone talk about how great Ian’s workouts are but I havent heard aything about what type of results people have gotten.

I’ve used programs very similar to Convergent training before and had great results. Pick one and use it for 6-12 weeks. Then do the other. However, IMO, the Convergent training would probably be more beneficial to the athlete, PLer, or O’ lifter as opposed to the BBer.
