I am 21 years old and 6’3’, about 230 pounds. I have completed the orignial german volume training stage one and two app. 12 months ago. I am currently in week 4 of the new german volume training 2000 and seeing some good results. (i.e. I have to add weight pull ups app. 30-45lbs) I am close to the recommended training interval and was wondering what program is a good follow up to gvt 2000, or should i do a stage two and do 10 sets of 6. Any suggestions would help me out a great deal. Thanx.
