What has been your experience with this program? Everytime I’ve done it I’ve gained muscle mass while losing bodyfat. The weird thing is I never seem to get stronger. By the sixth workout I’m lucky if I’ve added any weight on the exercises from where I began. Is this typical?
How much weight did you gain the first time you did it? And you lost fat?

You’re not lifting big enough weights. Try breathing squats if you want to get big AND strong.
I didn’t take measurements but my scale weight was up 10lbs and I was considerably leaner. I was also using androsol.
