I have two questions concerning TC’s GVT2K. Firstly, should you use 60% of your max of the first exercise listed, or of the strongest lift (3rd in sequence). I’d assume the first lift, but I’m just checking. Secondly, can I do this program immediatly following a few weeks of German Body Comp training, or should I do a higher intensity program in between? You’re right: about 60% of the first exercise prescribed. As far as doing GVT2K after doing a few weeks of German Body Comp, I’d probably do some higher intensity work in-between.
