Does any one know if u are supposed to take off in between workouts for the german body comp program. since i was gonna start doing the t dawg diet this is recommended in the article but this is one thing that i dont understand. thanks for the help.

I’m assuming you are asking whether or not it is necessary to take days off in between workouts for German Body Comp. If this is indeed your question, than yes, of course you are. It is a very high volume program and should only be done 3 or 4 times per week. It is probably best to do only 3 workouts per week as legs are done every training day on this program. However, I don’t suggest this program unless you are a real big fatass and need to dump some lard pronto.
