Another one gone. Sad to see. Always thought he had an appealing physique.
I admit I hadn’t heard of George before. Sad to hear of his death. He had a admirable physique, really balanced. Obviously incredibly talented competing in classic physique at the Olympia level.
We probably won’t know the official cause for a while, but its hard not to jump to conclusion that it could be related to the bodybuilding lifestyle, and the extreme lengths some go to achieve ultimate conditioning for a competition. That being said he was only 37 which I consider young, and also not likely to be going as extreme as say an open class competitor with contest drugs, so this is a shock.

He was at my gym recently. I have seen him in person several times and my close friend spent some time with him. His physique was amazing.
