I'm going to use it on a cut, and I've tried to find as much information as I could, but there are a few thing I'm still looking to get information on.
1-I've read it being a bit hard on the liver, so would it be bad to take with creatine even though it would maximize the creatine?
2-How fast were your results? I'm looking to kick off this last 10 pounds-ish.
3-I've read it makes you feel very full, but with it's insulin potential would it be possible to use on a bulk?
4-Currently I only eat one carb meal a day, after my workout, but I was thinking should I add a second carb meal for my second dose? I'll be taking 500mg tabs.
