I just started to do rehab for my shoulder and RC. I think 3 sets of 15 to 50 reps. each at least 1 hour apart for 3 exercises ( so like 9 sets in 9 to 12 hours ) is sensible ( obviously while listening to pain/reaction ).
Please let me know if my scenario is off.
After 2 days, sofar so good. I am not sure if i had a tendonitis but after many months, the last 5 weeks were as much rest as possible. I do broomstick stretches 50, shoulder press about 20, hands pull-apart 50 (elastic band). My main ? is reps #, time delay. OOps that is daily.
