Koma, I like you dude but a lot of that is totally wrong.
1 - If you are not near your genetic limit, you can absolutely keep your gains providing your PCT, diet and training are on point. I have, and I know many, many others who have too. If you grow massively over your genetic limit then yeah, you'll shrink back down, but there's a lot of evidence that steroid use PERMANENTLY alters your physiology, meaning you'll always be leaner, meaner and more of a sex machine than you ever would have been.
2 - High blood pressure kills people. How much more dangerous do you want? Keeping your E in range will help with that along with all the usual shit like diet, cardio, etc.
3 - Koma is spot on with that. Shit happens, though. You just have to deal with it if and when it does.
