Greetings Gentleman,

I'm not thinking of steroids. I'm simply just curious

1). What good can one cycle do you?
- Can you keep those gains with effective PCT, diet and nutrition

  1. Practically speaking, none.
  2. Limit sodium intake, drink water, aspirin. You can have a stroke if left unchecked.
  3. Plan better because you are probably not committed enough to use AAS if a vacation pops up out of nowhere. If unavoidable, and depending on the situation, not do anything all the way to risk it on the plane or mail it ahead. Sort of like choosing the lesser evil at the time.

Koma, I like you dude but a lot of that is totally wrong.

1 - If you are not near your genetic limit, you can absolutely keep your gains providing your PCT, diet and training are on point. I have, and I know many, many others who have too. If you grow massively over your genetic limit then yeah, you’ll shrink back down, but there’s a lot of evidence that steroid use PERMANENTLY alters your physiology, meaning you’ll always be leaner, meaner and more of a sex machine than you ever would have been.

2 - High blood pressure kills people. How much more dangerous do you want? Keeping your E in range will help with that along with all the usual shit like diet, cardio, etc.

3 - Koma is spot on with that. Shit happens, though. You just have to deal with it if and when it does.

Where is this current idea of doing only ONE cycle coming from? Some youtube channel wannabe guru?

You are asking these questions under misinformed assumptions.

  1. That 20lbs you gain on cycle are All muscle. Half of it will be intramuscular fluid retention. It will disappear upon cessation of drugs.

  2. You assume you will get back full HPTA function after a cycle. This may not happen even with PCT and you will have to be be on TRT for life. YES. AFTER ONE CYCLE.

  3. You are not taking into consideration that when you fuck with certain hormones, the balance of others are also affected. Returning to normal after ONE cycle may be a costly and lengthy process for some. Yes, even with PCT. EVEN WITH PCT.

  4. Just high blood pressure? You’d better check your family history for heart disease, stroke etc.

Stay in school. Study hard. Get a good career. Don’t use steroids.

I appreciate the kind correction. And I don’t disagree. I just didn’t want this kid thinking one cycle at 17 was going to turn him into a monster permanently.
