Geeky Question About Casein

Hey Gang,

Will making my Metabolic Drive shakes in a blender take away the slow acting characteristic of the casein?

I was thinking that if the slow acting part is due to physical structure it might break it up.

Just thinking.

I seriously doubt that a blender would be able to shred the casein peptides.

Denaturing proteins requires the use of enzymes, high temperatures, extremely high pressures, etc.

Don’t worry about it.
