Gauging Progress on TBT

Hi,

I’ve done TBT once before and got quite good gains from it. The one thing that frustrated me, though, was gauging my progress. I found it very difficult to do due to the continually varying lifts. Any suggestions?

Of course, man. Log it. Go buy a 50 cent notebook and record your set x reps, poundages, and exercises- revisiting your performances in writing to verify progress.
