For 9 years I’ve been taking sports teams into prisons all over the USA.
We mainly play softball and Arm Wrestle.
I had the opportunity Nov 3rd to Go to Angola Louisiana State Prison my 67th prisons I’ve taken teams into. I was the 1st sports team to ever play in the prison.
Garry Frank is the recreation Director at Angola. It’s amazing what he has done at the prison.
It was real cool to hang out with him all day and pick his brain about lifting and sports in general. I’m not a power lifter, but it’s was awesome.
