Garlic is a natural thermogenic, but when should it be taken…in the morning? with a meal? before hittin the gym? at night? anybody knows details about garlic and its powers? (besides giving you bad breath haha)
I currently take 3 650mg garlic powder tablets with food, morning, lunch and prebedtime.
allum sativum - bulb
each pill standardized to contain:
allicin yield 6500mcg
total thiosulfinates 6500mcg
allin yield 14500mcg
gamma-glutamylcysteines 5200mcg
that is what the label says.
the reason why i take it is because i don’t like to eat garlic normally, i want the arterial cleaning properties, and the anti-viral properties. I also thought that garlic lower blood pressure somehow.
