Do they actually work? Thet’re like $100 bucks.
You can find deals online (ebay etc) for much less. Plus the costs depends on the type of frame you choose.

But yes, they do work. I thought it was a bunch of BS but was sold within 1 minute of putting them on. Now, half of the department at work wears them. If you are someone who games (PC or Console) and/or someone who’s job involves looking at a screen for hours on end, these will benefit you bigtime.
Damn, I might have to get a pair. I look at a screen all day long at work. I also game 2-4 nights a week and most weekends.

Nice, those are much cheaper.

…Still waiting for advice on light exercises/stretches I should do during my breaks.

Sorry, you must be in a rush since all your time is spent being a wiener.

Do a series of Yoga poses AKA a vinyasa, like this:

I think you got the best advice anyone should give you. Take a break after a couple hours. Then go do something else for the rest of the day. Ask yourself this question, is increasing your ranking on xbox live really doing anything to improve your life? If it isn’t then the majority of your time should not be devoted to something so pointless. And to be clear, I love playing games but you gotta put it into perspective my man.

…still waiting on how you are able to play for 12+ hours a day?

You should take a break after 90 minutes, and go read a book, ride a bike, lift some weights, volunteer at an animal or homeless shelter, go paddle boarding or kayaking, learn a foreign language, paint a room, babysit a niece or nephew, meditate, write a letter (on paper) to someone who’s impacted you positively, learn chess, come up with ideas for a part time business, walk your dog, develop short, medium, and long term goals, go outside and start a conversation with 5 strangers, ask a girl out (or a guy if that’s your thing), find 5 belongings to donate to charity, clean our your closet of anything you haven’t worn in the last year, etc.

Then come back the next day and do it again.

X10. Most people in general should heed this advice.

Band pullaparts, band shoulder dislocations, kneeling hip flexor stretch, and sitting in the full squat position.

Do these during your short breaks. However, if you have the free time to game for 12 hours a day, you should have time to train for like 2 hours a day. Magnus Samuelsson always used to say “If you’re going to train, train. If not, then don’t.” Meaning don’t try to mix in little training bits throughout the day. Dedicate some time to serious training, and don’t bother in your free time.

That being said, the things I listed in the begging can be done more or less in free time just to keep yourself well mobilized. This will help counteract your shoulders rolling forward from leaning over typing and help with your hips where you’re sitting so much.

Aside from your vigorous masturbation to hentai porn or in addition to? Please clarify.

Please tell me you’re getting paid for this.

If not, stop.

My diet is already great.

My exercise regimen is already great.

What I am seeking to know here is how often I should take a break from games and what should I do during said period (what staple, essential, dynamic stretches/exercises/whatever should I do to absolutely null all probability of me developing health problems that could potentially be tied to gaming?).
Describe your “great” diet and exercise.

Also, just to clear something up, if you’re sitting in front of a computer for 12 hours you’re never going to have a zero probability of developing health problems from it.

You can say that about literally everything lol.

Was wondering if he was an SC2 progamer or successful LoL streamer or something.

Precisely. Truth be told he kinda reminds me of Bull_Scientist trying to develop a perfect exercise regime that would always work and never cause injury.

OP must be a pro gamer that streams or something. Unless he is a high school that plays the moment he gets off of school and plays until midnight or later.

Or maybe its summer and this dude is too lazy to get a summer job. I’ve been there before. I just go to my friends house and sit there for 12 hours while we complain about nothing to do haha.

His profile has him at 20 or 21. He’s probably just on summer break.

Never sit on your ass for more than a hour at time. Take breaks, walk around, get some water, hang out with your pets, then if you want to go play some more. 'Dem glutes don’t work very well if you do sit for very extended periods of time. Sitting also gives my back’s AIDs cancer.
