Galactose?

What are some opinions on using galactose instead of dextrose?
I understand that G-Push is the only company that sells galactose-based products.

Oogie, galactose is a milk sugar that refills liver glycogen stores. Dextrose is a carb-sugar that refills muscle glycogen stores. The goal PWO is to refill muscle glycogen. I’d go with the dextrose.
