Shoulder took a minor set back from being a dumb-ass and getting to physical with a Judo athlete of mine. I was doing drill work with him and tweaked the cuff a bit in my right shoulder. This was 3 weeks ago. Its been pain free for a week now but I am not doing anything crazy just yet. I am sure I could hit the same or 10lbs more by now based on how my other pressing movements have been climbing.
