Hey guys, I wanna start the nitro squat. Just wondering how much the rest of you gained on your liftS?
I don't remember, but I made big gains. It is a great program.
I found it very useful the first time immediately following the program and even more so the impact it had on my taining later on in the training phase.
I went from the nitro squat to the poliquin 1-6 method. The 1-6 worked for me better than anything else. My overhead and front squat gains were astounding, my back squat gains were not much.
