Ive been gaining great, both strength and mass. The problem is maybe i have been eating too much because im starting to get a gut. My diet is fine i usually have 3 eggs(hardboiled or scrambled) with fruit and oatmeal for breakfast. 2 turkey wraps with vegetables inbetween breakfast and dinner along with protein shakes. For dinner ill usually eat white meats(chicken mostly…not fried) with rice/a vegetable and bread(often white).
Ive gained about 15 pounds in the past two weeks eating like this, im at about 180 pounds 5’7".

Now I dont think my routine is too messed up because its working, ive gained noticeable amount of muscle. My goal is mass but the gut is making me think something isnt right probably with nutrition. Do you think I should add cardio?
The reason im ranting is because im in the military, currently deployed. Its rough to get the food i would be suggested to eat and my appearence is part of my discipline. My gut is just noticeable now but its gonna huge compared to what it was—any ideas to cut it/stabilize it while continuing gains?
