Gaining Muscle For BJJ?

I want to gain lean muscle for bjj and muay thai. I am 21 yrs old 6’1 158. How should I eat?What should I and shouldnt I eat?

Eggs meat fruit nuts yogurt milk pasta bread cereal fruit juices etc.

High caloric foods are your friend…spaghetti with meatballs, lasagna, peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, cheeses, steaks, shakes with milk, oats, whey protein, banana, honey, flax oil, walnuts, cashews, etc.

Lots of high calorie liquids, not much water…instead milk, orange juice, etc.

Eat and drink all day long and especially right when you wake up and right before bed.
