Gaining Mass On EDT

Is it possible to gain muscle mass while using EDT principles?

I’m eating in order to gain mass… (over my calories maintenance level)

I thought that was the whole idea…

hum…I read some stuff about it…but I think i’ve read that the main goal with this program is to lose fat…

EDT can be used for strength and mass gains. Because rest periods are kept short in all types of EDT workouts, including strength-based, it’s like doing a cardio workout, so a side effect can be fat loss if you don’t eat enough.
