Ok so I was training hard and eating hard about 6 weeks ago, up until our college break and could not access any gym for that time period and plus got injured.
I figured that I would not need 6 meals a day anymore and went down to the traditional 3 but in the process lost about 8-10 pounds of what I use to be.
But i cant lift because of a hernia. I still play lots of basketball, my question is that if I eat and go up about 5 pounds for example, would that be just going back to the way i was before or just fat?
