Gainer/MRP Shakes

Custom Mix Ingredients:
Ingredient % of Mix
Whey Protein Concentrate 15%
Micellar Casein (Instantized) 20%
Milk Protein Isolate 10%
Swedish Oat Starch 45%
Dextrose 10%

another combination:
Ingredient % of Mix
Whey Protein Concentrate 15%
Micellar Casein (Instantized) 25%
Fructose 10%
Swedish Oat Starch 40%
Dextrose 10%

This is what I have set up right now. I’m looking for a cheaper/better alternative to cytogainer. Should I change stuff? I have a decently extencive set of ingredients to choose from. How to TP flavors taste?

What time are you planning on consuming the shake? Is it a post-workout drink, or an anytime sort of deal? Lastly, what do you mean by “How to(do?) TP flavors taste?” What’s a TP flavor?

If you don’t know, I’m not going to bring it up further.

It’s a MRP shake. For me it will be in between breakfast and lunch.

I’m assuming you mean true protein flavors? just make sure you order a premium flavor, but I would recommend strawberry and chocolate premium flavors, both are very tasty.

C’mon, everyone knows that ‘TP’ = Toilet Paper.
