We all have different personas in our lives.
The parent, the friend, the lover and perhaps the bully.
Some we choose, some is given to us, some is forced upon us and some we want but cannot reach.
One persona that is forced upon me is the fat man.
I have spent 15 years in the gym, a couple of years studying topics related to health at university and even had a few clients that I coached in the gym. I have a fairly good understanding of Krebs cycle and know the importance of training Trapezius pars ascendens.
2 weeks ago my training looked a bit like this:
Mon: Upper body
Tue: Running 20 min
Wed: Squat and upper body
Thu: Squash
Fri: Rest
Sat: Deadlift and upper body
Sun: HIIT, sprinting, 15 min
Every day: A lot of push-ups, chins and lunges.
About 2000 cal per day, a bit more during the weekend.
This week:
Walking between bed, sofa, kitchen and toilet.
Eating everything from 0-5000 cal a day.
Next week will probably be similar to the squash-week.
The last couple of years my weight has swinged between 75kg and 105kg.
Second the inconsistency, both in diet and exercise.
As for the reason behind the inconsistency it could be anything from having a new baby around (major pattern disruption there) to a medical condition. Other options include program hopping (again, both diet and exercise) or just being lazy.
Truly a guessing game, I’m interested to know what the actual answer is.
I’m assuming you have some sort of health condition that you already had a doctor diagnose and set this post up as a riddle of sorts? If so, maybe gout, rheumatoid arthritis, or some other autoimmune disease?
The original titlle for this topic was “Guess the diagnose!” but it looks like someone did some MODding.
Yes I do have a medical diagnose and i was curious to see if someone could nail it with very little info.
It´s hard to give any more info without making it obvious, but i´ll do my best to throw a real curveball.
super saiyan: Thanks for the advice! Should i switch to Swede or Berliner?
And it´s a wicked cardio routine, just remember to have pastries at each station.
I prefer different types of buns but i think it´s possible to eat Danish instead.
