Bed time- Bowl of cottage cheese and all bran cereal

Will to eat double this tomorrow.

Most recent pic. Time to take this more seriously now. I was considering hiring Shelby Starnes to create a diet for me. I think if I spend the money into a diet plan I will follow it strictly.
