In the Berardi Q and A and such docs, he emphasizes how endurance training causes huge breakdowns in protein. Now, just exactly what does he mean by endurance training? I get about 30 minutes of easy to moderate cardio on days that I don’t lift heavy. Furthermore, I simply don’t have the $ to spend on Surge to consume after cardio. I’m already spending $50/month on Surge and Low-Carb GROW! and I’m a student working for an on campus gym for a little over $100/month…I know, I know… Anyway, any advice?
