Hi. Read the articles in the T-mag archives called ‘Exercises you’ve never tried’. There are six or seven of them I think.

1 Arm barbell snatches are pretty funky and cool to do. Plus you get lots of stares from the pansies in the gym. Takes a little practice to get the balancing down pact, but once you do it’s a fun exercise.
