Functional Isometrics Weight Selection


I would like to do functional isometrics 1/4 squat from pins to lockout pressing against pins for 10 secs. What percentage of your 1rm do you choose.

It actually doesn’t matter because if the weight is too light you can compensate by pushing harder on the pins. But the heavier the bar weight, the more likely it isto transfer to a max effort lift
