I think is knees and hips fully extended (straight) with a powerful trap contraction. OL?

seanc is right. Imagine taking a medicene ball in both hands, squatting down with it by your shins and exploding up with the ball in order to throw it hard into a wall behind you. You’d end up on your toes (ankle extension), your legs would lock straight (knee extension) and you’d be arched backward like a letter “C” or more like this “(” . (hip extension)
