I recently came across a Full Speed Device. The training effect seems similar to using bands except with this its plate loaded with springs. Coach, are you familiar with this tool and if so how would you incorporate it into training?
Is there a picture or website or something that you know of DSQ98? The only thing I’ve got to go on is what Poliquin said in his interview with TC years ago.
The device actually has a tag with a website address on it but it’s no longer valid. I’ll take a pic of it this week and try posting it.
