Full Fat Milk, Healthy or Not?

I’ve also read that fat helps absorb nutrients better. So if you relay on milk for its vits & nutrients. I’d suggest finding them somewhere else, according to that theory.

well some vits/mins are fat soluble, so you need fat to absorb them right. plus youneed a certain level of fat daily to have a decent level of test production and what not.
