Has anyone else tried these twists that Pavel talked about in past issues. I’m curious what others do to work your obliques. I remember some wierd exercise in MM2000 called wood cutters or choppers? How about the lower back? Any ideas?

Oh hell yeah I’ve done those full contact twists, but I did just a set of 20, breathing style & they worked awesome.
Cable woodchops from an overhead pulley work extremely well also.
