What's up guys. I'm sort of new around here. Been lurking for awhile, and finally came up with a valid question.
I'm no bodybuilder by any stretch, but do enjoy lifting heavy crap and looking good. Unfortunately, my busy schedual lately has allowed me to hit the gym 3, even only 2 times a week.
Because of this, I'm wanting to adopt a full body workout so that no muscle group gets left behind until my schedual frees up a bit.
So I was wondering what sort of lifts some of you would recommend to do during a full body workout. I'm obviously not going to be able to do some of the more specialized lifts unless I want to spend all day at the gym (I'de love to, but...huh right...). So I was hoping to shed the program to the more basic movements, that will still incorporate many of my muscles.
My current routine involves a switch between arms/chest day, and legs/core day, usually at 8 X 3.
