I was thinking of starting the Total-Body Training(The 3-day-per-week, full-body workout plan)by Chad Waterbury and I was just curious what you guys thought of putting cardio in the mornings and on the off weight training days.
I was thinking of something like this, but I am also thinking it is too much cardio:
TUE-Hiit cardio (running).
THU-Hiit cardio (running).
What do you think? Too much cardio, or should I just do MON,WED,FRE - fullbody workout, and TUE,THU,SAT - cardio, switching between Hiit and jogs.
