hello, i am new to this site, but im looking for a good full body workout, something to do every other day, looking to gain some mass, i have good nutrition and rest, i just need to get a good workout. any help would be appreciated

Some people will tell you not to design your own workout.
Those people are no fun.
My fav is “the Waterbury method”- just do a search. This is a program that I just keep coming back to. Another good one is “compound EDT”- by coach Staley.
Both these programs are tough. Make sure you eat, Eat, EAT!
