It doesn’t matter. Increasing your weights and calories is what does. Mode of training is a matter of personal preference. Choose something that you think will work for you and in a few months you’ll see if it really does. But you have to be there and make it work instead of just following the ‘magic instructions’.
many believe that splits are the best for hypertrophy while full body is good for strength
