Full Body Split 4 MMA

Hey guys,

I’ve been lifting for the past four years and I’m pretty happy with my results both aesthetically and in terms of strength, but for the past two months I’ve been training MMA and i need to get back on a strict program. I’ve kind of been winging it lately and just doing what feels right.

That said can anyone point me to some good full body split articles consisting of 3-4 workouts a week?
