I try ro follow FBW workout with separation for isomwtric, ecentrict and contrecting days with some calisthenics.
Can front lever row and planche push ups work be used in isometric day and hspu and muscle up in eccentric day?
@Christian_Thibaudeau sorry for pointing up but is there a chance for You input here? Can some gymnastic work be used in isometric days? For example front lever.
