I am planning on using the Full Body Full Boring program from Beyond 531, but I have two questions:
1.) Jim says himself that the program has too much deadlifting for his liking, and I am inclined to agree. Would it be a good idea to use Deadlift variations (such as Snatch Grip, SLDL/RDL, etc.) on the Squat TM and Bench TM days, to help reduce the load due to lower weight being used, while also providing a different stimulus?
2.) In Beyond 531, Jim also writes about supersetting with Joker sets. Would following his suggestions for supersetting be too much overall volume with Full Body Full Boring? I was thinking about DB Rows with bench and Chins/Curls or shoulder work with squats/deadlifts, potentially.
