I have noticed that using 5’s pro on the main lifts seems to be the go-to way things are done now. Would you advocate using 5’s pro in the full-body template from Beyond?
We don’t. We have a full-body prep program (one for beginners and one for everyone else) we use that we use exclusively with anyone who is weak/out of shape or new to training here. It’s too long to detail here but there are some examples on this forum.
Understand that not every template is built for every set/rep combo. You can’t force a square peg in a round hole.
