Full Body and 5-3.


Hi Jim and others,

how have you used full body templates with 5 forward - 3 back system? Where do they fit in the "6 weeks base - 6 weeks challenge - 3 weeks peak" progression?

I have used full body templates only with low TM (in the first cycles), but would it be better to stick with them for the whole 5 cycles?


We don’t use it - we use other templates for the 5/3. I highly suggest you check out the various templates I’ve written in the past 1-2 years, most can be used with the 5/3.
