1st and Foremost if you missed Pavlo and Luke going at it I got you: Aside from a great 1 on 1 battle these 2 broke all the records and they would have won Open by 55.5kg…and 3rd place by over 100kg.

EQ Review: Dose was 700mg EQ + 583mg Test.

Subtle but I did like it. Probably mild strength gainz and made leaning out easier and I did not have the hunger cravings. Next time I run it I will probably run close to 2g a week with about 500mg Test.

Nandrolone Review 2.0 Dose was 418mg Test + 1050mg EQ + 525mg NPP

Blegh, ok with in 24 hours of my first injection I did notice my joints felt better (which i did not 1st time around)…then I swelled up to a balloon and that has subsided mostly but still just meh. I have lost about 2kg but I just look bad. This tells me TEST is BEST. If I run it again it will probably be in the 200-300mg per week range just to keep joints happier.

TEST BABY TEST!!! I have about 2 pins of EQ/NPP combo vial and then I am going to finally do my high test cycle. I will start in the 875mg per week and look to increase that to 1750mg eventually…if I can handle it. Last time just over a gram wasnt great, but I was lighter and less experienced then.

Classic Physique So it seems at my height that I am allowed to be ~89kg and at my current weight of about 99kg cutting down to around 7-9% body fat would probably put me at 89kg. But that isnt quite stage ready and the next 2% would probably take about 2kgs so with this Test Blast I am going to be looking to get up to around 103-105kg leannish and then start cutting around February.

Training: Going well, finally coming into a Squat and Dead groove but bench is an after thought.

Work: Mother Fucking Work. Yea rough couple of weeks. I will probably go into more detail in another post about the effects poker has had on me.

OK SO, F#3 just broke up with his BF and is now dating F#1. Well, Ex is now dating F#2 and none of them know the history!!! Everybody not in the immediate relationships knows.

That really isnt a big deal. The problem is that I have a history of not thinking these things are important, getting drunk and then opening my big fat blabby mouth. This Saturday I have a wedding and I will be getting Drank Drunk with the new couple F#1 and F#3.

This is the wedding of the woman who got pregnant to trap a man tee hee…men dont feel bad about that, wrap it up or pull out…or better yet dont be crazy enough to date crazy.

Weekend Warriors

Ok so I know Phil Heath was being a dick because he feels threatened but there is SOME truth to this. Obv they train more than the weekends but there is a reason the top guys in Classic Physique are considerably younger than the top guys in even the 212 and especially the Open. It only takes about 2-4 years of juice to fill out a Classic Physique weight limit let alone plain old Physique.

Also I know I am pretty close to at the weight limit for my height in Classic Physique but I also know that Buendia would make me look small if I stood next to him and he is like 5’ 4" and in the plain old Physique show. My only 2 theories are the type of muscle fibers made from lifting heavy are more dense than the fibers made from pump work and also my bones are probably heavier from years of liting heavy. The bones thing is actual science although I doubt it accounts for THAT much.

OK just some funny stuff in between work sessions.

Actual Lifting: My bench is shit, not sure why although contributions are probably made by Shitty effort, shitty equipment, drugs.and Low Bar and Front Squat and in that order. I hurt my should today benching on a shit bench, its like a foot of bar travel and the rack is so low it is at least a quarter skull crusher rep to get it out of the rack. Pretty pissed BUT I think I can bench in the Squat rack.

Drugs going to try no AI and using Tamoxifen for a couple months. Live look at my future physique:

LIFTING

Everything is hitting a groove just in time for me to hit a huge patch of party rock demotivation on Saturday. I think a lot has to do with switching to Nolvadex instead of Arimidex. We will see how this works out the next couple weeks.

That Poverty Bench

We had a good run, about 2 years being my best lift. BUUUTT I can bench in Beach Body’s squat rack and IT IS AWESOME!!! SO hopefully I can get some consistency and rebuild this Bench. @littlesleeper its a RACE TO 4 PLATES!!!

GOALS

After the 405 Front Squat I have hit every goal I have set out for except in BBing. I really am not ready to drop PLing because I am afraid I will lose all my strength but thinking about it now my strength is shit anyways. With that I am going to do my PLing then do super pumpy work afterwards and build some muscle quality for a spring break cut starting probably right after the Superbowl.

OK and yea that is about it

I AM PROGRAMMING IN KILOS!!! Pretty excited about this. Makes me feel like a real coach. Luis and Toby are opening their gym and it will be almost completely KGs except some bumpers. Luis is also getting pretty conjugated, I dont think he does anything twice a week. He has had a bunch of injuries the last couple preps so we are widening the base and getting pretty pumpy. Should be a good change of pace leading into Nationals. Toby is just running good ole Working Title but RPE.

POker is going well but draining my life force. Definitely some addiction undertones. Imagine your favorite FPS but add gambling. It is taking away my desire to lift, appetite, libido and fking with my eyes and posture. It all was a lot worse the first couple weeks but now I am getting some balance back and am readjusting to the game of poker.

Level 3 is complete and now I am on to play 50k hands at level 4. (Treating poker like a video game helps with the monetary part of it. Ironically I really, really dont like gambling but it is the only job I am currently qualified for that will also pay the bills.)

(Technically I meant 65k total hands at level 3 but I am playing well and games are good so I will move on.)

LIFTING I am ready to finally get back into it seriously…again…for the 32nd time LOL. This wedding was the last thing I have to do for a while and I already told everybody that the only way I go to another wedding is if its gay.

With that Squat this is the end of this block and I am not sure exactly what the future holds for squats.

OK, watching Sherlock with Wifey, she hasnt seen it and I love this show. And I will probably start talking more about my lifting when I stop not even lifting anymore :smiley:

Annnnnd we’re back to Level 3 So I had a terrifically horrible 2 days at Level 4 so dropping back down. When I was a pro my greatest attribute was drinking. Here me out. I would NEVER play if I even looked at a drink (same with driving actually). So if a day was just going to be one of those days I would call it early and start drinking. As long as it was at least close to Noon (our family rules are more lenient than those 5 oclock oppressors.). Well now I dont drink like that, or barely at all so if I have a bad day it is infinitely harder to stop. So I didnt. And I paid for it LOL. I will have to learn a new strategy if I want to make real money at this. In all truth as a 2nd job even Level 3 isnt terrible money. The fun is in the building anyways.

Programming I think I am going to continue the RPE for Squats. I tried to get serious with Deads yesterday but it was just a terrible workout. I hurt my delts, biceps and triceps trying to Low bar Squat FML. So sick of these fkn squat racks. My hands should be going right where the Jhooks are. Any who so my game plan is to repeat the SIngles week of last block. That 585 Squat was easy but shit form so maybe another week of singles work will clean it up a bit and I can get a Low Bar PR. Next Block will be a ton of RPE possibly ending in a Mock Meet.

If I can get my Bench anywhere over 405 I think I have a shot at a Total PR.

It looks weird but it was the only way everything fits with out 2 a days. I will attempt a 3rd Press day which will just be 3 Warmups and 1 Working set of Dum OHP. After the Main work everything gets really pumpy. I have really enjoyed the 5x10 Squat work so adding that to Deadlift.

635 and Corprate Sponsorship

Hit 635 Low bar which ties my all time PR but this time I am using 5mm Rock Tape Sleeves instead of 20mm SBD sleeves. Plus for the 1st I was on about the same amount of tren as I am now of Test and other things. So pretty cool. Now I am putting Squat on Cruise control while I get my Deadlift and Bench Back.

Corporate: So I was chatting up a really well known BBer in the area. His brother might even have a pro card (and is borderline known internationally). Well he is going to give me a bunch of Halotestin (and what ever else). I honestly would prefer to pay but he can afford it LOL (I have heard the numbers of what they make from just Roids). So pretty cool I will finally get to try Halo…but it wont be until next year.

Other Drugs: So far I am loving the Tamoxefin route, it makes me want to retry every cycle I have ever ran tbh (except Nandrolone). I think Dbol will be a lot better this way. I feel like tren strength will be a LOT more…but with possible crazy sides. I even think EQ will have better results.

PROGRAMMING: LOL COMPLETELY disregard prior post with in depth program. It aint it. My bench will never get better being smushed between Low Bar workouts so the split is the first change. I will have a day between Low Bar and Bench to let the delts recover. Also deads twice per week and I will be dropping most Low Bar volume. And Back is getting its own day again.

I am going to avoid jinxing my program by posting it. Hopefully I will have a Mock Meet in late january.

What do you like about it and how much are you using?

Personally, I hate Adex and that is one of the reasons I try to manage my TRT with the Grapeseed oil, but have been thinking about trying 10mg a day of Nolva to see where it goes.

I am taking 20mg every other day. I started with 20mg every day but I didnt think I needed that much and it seems I dont.

RE Vs Adex: I just feel better, healthier and stronger, the Adex was making me feel lethargic I think. Sex drive is way better. And I havent gotten any bloat/blood pressure or other Estro sides that I was kind of expecting in the “balancing period”. I have hardened up a bit too but that I am completely accrediting to the NPP clearing my system.

BACK PUMPy WOrkout Good Light Back workout. Pullups, Barbell Rows and other stuff. Biceps feeling it still so I used straps for most.

I think Prince Gym might be closed. A lot of people who usually train there were at Beach Body today. Also a woman I have known of a LONG time is apparently married to the BBer which is news to me. She is also a BBer and she is Strong AF, we shared the Hammer Row and she was adding a plate to what I was doing. I still Squat more though (whew). Her husband made the joke she was on Tren and she emphatically denied it, it was funny. I dont think she claims natty but women and tren is…well make your own choices but not many would recommend tren for women.

Still Pleased with Yesterdays squat. I was kind of wondering if I had gotten too old, if it was just the drugs and other things of self doubt. This gives me some hope, maybe even validation that I can continue and maybe my clock has more time than I thought. I also think that with this training and a bit of extra supps a 300kg Squat is right there and a 800kg Total as well. Bench and Dead need a kick in the ass though for that though and that is what these next 5 weeks are all about.

Investing in My “Home” Gym I am buying 175kg of plates today (8 of 20kg, 4 of 2.5kg and 4 of 1.25kg) to take to the crossfit gym basically next door. With these plates and theirs I can easily get 265kg on the bar in 6 plates. As of now I can get about 251kg on the bar in 7 plates…maybe 274kg in 8 plates. I decided on plates rather than a Squat stand. I can use the Plyo Box squat stand for now. 1st Poker Paycheck is going towards a Squat Stand. Next check a decent Barbell.

Ok its Friday, work is done time to be LAZY AF and watch some Netflix and eat

LOL ok speaking of eating my Bulk is going terribly. Poker kills my appetite so some nights I have skipped dinner, or another night I had Chicharon and Diet Coke. Last night a big bowl of ice cream. My weight is staying pretty much the same thanks to these cheat meals and poker keeping me incredibly inactive.

Also Poker is going much better again now that I am accepting not being a “Grinder”…less is more is SOOOO HAARD!!!

So Prep has begun. Plan is an RPE prep of about 5 Weeks. No Cuts and I will probably weigh my all time heaviest in the 105+kg range. My goal is to get a 300kg Squat and 800kg Total.

If my Bench isnt there I can repeat weeks until it is there or just run another block. I am keeping Test steady at 875mg / Week for this but will most likely add Dbol (and a touch of AI) at 3 Weeks Out. If Dbol gives me Estro issues I will switch it for Superdrol. Post Comp I will definitely be cutting.

Program just to jinx the shit out of this…I mean it is RPE so…

Not a ton of Low Bar volume. It is on Cruise control. Deads dont actually have a ton of “real” volume either. I am getting polarized with Squat and Dead work. Top set then VERY light pumpy back downs.

Powerlifting should fall into place, I feel like my training is pretty good for me right now. I am learning how to do what with my older body. For BBing Sunday will be a BBing day where I will bring up those weak points on top of the stuff I do on my normal days. Chess has become a new hobby…again. Coaching I just have to keep learning.

Annnd then there was Poker I never realized just how much drinking helped my poker play when I was a pro. If I even looked at a drink I would not play (or drive). So if I had one of those days that just wasnt going well I would take the day off and get some dranks in me. This would ensure I would not go make a bad day really bad but it also cleansed my brain. Poker is mentally draining and so weird. After a few days of grinding hard my brain feels like it is gummed up with sludge I cant describe it better than that. Last week I couldnt even read Powerlifting Programs let alone work on them. Drinking washes away that sludge.

**OK have to hit the gym twice today to make up for Yesterday so time to eat and work and eat etc **

AM Weight 102.7kg (probably right around PR territory) Like ok, I never see myself as a big person. I notice it is harder for me to get off the couch or get in and out of cars etc but I just see me and I actually think I am the same size as everybody else (then an off photo shows up and I realize I am larger than most).

When I hit 100kg I was like meh, just 100kg. Even in LBS it isnt so bad just 220. But 105kg which is 231LBS and THAT I think is huge. Side note, I am probably going to be waking up at 105kg before I even start the Dbol which means I might be waking up at 110kg by the end. TBH if I weight that much I doubt I will be able to stand it so I will use Superdrol instead of Dbol.

Nolva Update I am pretty sure this is what is causing this spike in BW. I mean I am eating but I WAS eating before. Other than that mild acne and side are good. Oh, but my nails are growing at an annoying rate.

Physique Cant see it, I am full Bear Mode and at this point it is probably better I dont LOL. Quads lost some definition but I can still flex some ab definition.

Diet Basically hitting my base diet then adding things like cheese, cream and what ever else to bloat the calories and my gut.

Life Rearrangement Going to start training before Poker. Games are better in afternoon and hopefully I can miss the cleaning lady mopping with her Mustard Gas every time I start to Squat?

NEW GOAL: 220kg Bench, fuck it. I was going to go with 210 but yea, fuck it 5 Wheels lets do this. How hard could it be to add 15kg to your bench? I am building a repeating strength block now. Probably RPE Based. It wont start until this block finishes and I see just how far away I actually am. Right now I think I could probably get 160-170kg for a single. Hopefully 190+ after this block and I am re-acclimated to the weights.

Watching Ru Paul All Stars 4 and I might not know what slang they are using means but damn I get the context, these chicks are BRUTAL!

How willing are you to add bodyweight?

You’re a strong dude already, but I think your body takes a beating because you want it to do lots of things that don’t mix so well like being damn lean as well as damn strong. I think you’re already working on that, but to get 220 kg you’ll need to get heavier. How lean you’ll stay I’m guessing will be a mix of how well your diet locks in and how many drugs you’re prepared to take.

Is this online poker? What kind of balance are you playing with and blinds? If online, what are the good sites these days? Do you play any live real money games/tourneys?

I used to play online poker, but was never disciplined enough at the online format. I was a much better player in person.

Love poker though!

Currently, very willing. I am pretty sure I will need to weigh very close to 110kg wake up weight. As long as I can tie my own shoes and Low Bar I am going to stay committed.

Teehee also very willing. 220kg is definitely a year long goal.

Yes Online, good sites are Pokerstars if international. If USA not entirely sure. Probably Bovada and Americas cardroom.

I do not play live, I dont have the patience. I used to love it, we would pregame at free poker tournaments or in Vegas they used to give free drinks to the poker room so we would pregame there. I did play a couple of 10k Buy In live Tournaments back in the day though. 1 in Monaco and 1 in Nassau.

Currently playing Zoom PLO, main game is 25 max (0.10-0.25 Blinds) but I take ill advised shots up to 500 max tee hee. The end game is to get back that level so I consider it education investment if it goes poorly tee heee.

3 Tournaments left, in Money in 2. Made money in 3 of 9 total. 1 is close and is a PLO tournament so I should be doing better but made a shit call. Having a ton of fun, going to try to do this every sunday.
