I like that style of training. He needs to tone down his use of the word hardcore for sure.

I think 4est started a thread about that guy. He’s one of the biggest jackasses I’ve ever seen.

Just looks like a big fat guy. I do some of those exercises and they do kick your ass, but this guy is very unimpressive.

I dunno. I kinda like earthquake training. You know, causing fissures in the earths crust, tectonic plate pushes, hardcore geological type shit.

I went to his youtube page and watched some of his k-bell vids.

They are interesting. but who wants to listen to conditioning advice from a dude with a 40+ waist?
