Any hidden Carbs or other in mixed fruits in a can or bowl?
For example, Dole has “mixed fruits” in a bowl, lunchsize.
I’m sure something is wrong with them I would just like to know exactly what. Thanks.

Most of them are loaded in high fructose syrup and or corn starch for a thickener, check the label.
There are some aweome sugar free pie fillings with minimal corn starch added the cherry mixed with Metabolic Drive is the BOMB!!! half a can is about 130 c/kals they also have apple Im waiting for a darn blueberry. Oh canned pumpkin is great as well
Other than that I tend to get all my fruit fresh.
