Fruit: How Much Daily and What Kind?

I basically followed the ad diet for about a year. Recently I introduced Surge Recovery post work out. I know it is no longer the ad at this point, but I missed my Surge. On the 48hrs on the weekend I eat plenty of blueberries, apples, and bananas. My girlfriend pointed out that I eat zero fruit Monday through Friday. I never really noticed that.

How much fruit do you guys usually eat on a daily basis?
I am currently 5’7 and 172lbs 9-10 bf.

If one were following the AD, none - save it for the weekends. Though I suppose you could sneak in some fibrous fruits like raspberries in the mornings, provided you’re careful about portion size to avoid going over the 30g carb limit.
