What do you think of frozen yoghurt? Not the crap they sell at the supermarket which is really just yoghurt flavoured ice-cream.
Sometimes when the yoghurt has been left for a while it becomes a bit curdled, so I throw it in the freezer for a while. It tastes great this way, perfect snack for the summer.
But in doing this, am I destroying the healthy bacteria culture of the yoghurt that aid digestion?
