Frozen vs Fresh Food

Just got back from a trip to Sam’s with lots of frozen chicken breasts and several bags of veggies. Got me wondering if anyone knows how much I am sacrificing by way of nutritional value if I choose to cook from frozen instead of fresh sources.

I cannot speak for the chicken breasts, but from what I’ve heard (isn’t that some super convincing support? lol) that frozen fruits and veggies tend to be fresher than what you find in the produce sections of many grocery stores because they are frozen much closer to the time of picking, whereas things in the produce sections could be quite a ways away from picking time. Hence, I am a huge fan of frozen berries which I use pretty liberally in my oatmeal.
