My athleticism has skyrocketed since I have began squatting multiple times per week. I have a slight idea about squatting. I ask for advice, doesn’t mean I don’t know anything on the subject. I lived with a 700 pound squatter while I was growing, I wasn’t interested as much in training then.

my mum’s a doctor and my dad’s a pilot. Doesn’t mean I can fly planes or prescribe medicine, sadly.

How do you quantify this statement? Has your vertical gone up, are you more agile? ‘Improved athleticism’ is such a ridiculous catchphrase these days.
