Hey guys -- I just started incorporating front squats into my training and I noticed that every time I descend my heels lift up forcing me to use my toes to drive back up. Even though I'm a front squat newbie, I'm fairly certain this is bad form. Does anyone else struggle with this? Any ideas as to how I can fix it?
